The City of Maple Ridge (the “City) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to provide to complete two (2) conceptual plans, preliminary, detailed designs, assistance in preparing one (1) tender package, and construction administration for a new 1-acre neighbourhood park at the end of Pazarena Place in Maple Ridge, BC. 

The Consultant will be requested to provide all necessary designs (detailed conceptual, and detailed design), cost estimates (Class C for conceptual design phase and Class A for the tender phase). The City has undertaken an initial public consultation to develop a community guided park program. A second round of public consultations will follow with the completion of a two (2) detailed concept designs.
