In order to submit a bid, Bidders are required to create a Bidding System Vendor Account.

When creating your Vendor Account, you must use your Company's Authorized Legal Name. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

Vendors can select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will send a notification by email of opportunities matching their commodity selection.

City of Maple Ridge will only accept electronically verifiable (digital) Bid Bonds and Consent of Surety. For more information on digital bonds, please visit the Surety Association of Canada's website: https://suretycanada.com/SAC/
