The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide an investment attraction strategy and costed implementation plan with steps to achieve over a multi-year period. 

As a part of the analysis there will need to be review of city strategies, location quotient / shift share analysis, competitive analysis of jurisdictions in British Columbia and Western Canada, a review of other competitive jurisdictions globally and what key industries and types of companies should be focused upon to increase the non-residential tax assessment base and employment opportunities in the City of Maple Ridge.
