City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) invites tenders for upgrades to the existing mezzanine and Water Department office of the City’s Operations Centre, located at 23925 Dewdney Trunk Road, in Maple Ridge, BC, as specified herein. The work (the “Work”) generally consists of partial demolition of the existing mezzanine structure, rebuilding of the mezzanine with new custom workstations and lighting, and a new staircase to the upper mezzanine area which will be used as a storage area, and new dry storage staff lockers and miscellaneous tenant improvements throughout the shop. |
