The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified benefits consulting firms and/or Insurance Brokerage firms to provide consulting services and act as an agent for the City of Maple Ridge Employee Group Benefits.
The successful proponent will provide consulting services for employee group health, wellness, dental, life, AD&D, long term disability and EFAP services.
