The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance (PM) services to the City’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and boilers at various facilities located within the City of Maple Ridge, BC.

The work generally includes the provision of routine PM services on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis as well as emergency repairs and service on HVAC systems at locations throughout the City. Generally, maintenance is performed quarterly (minor service in January and July) with seasonal changeover (semi-annual major service) performed in October and April, and annual boiler service (typically October).
