The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide a Business Retention and Expansion Strategy and Implementation Plan. 

The work includes a review of the existing business community and activities that are complementary to business growth and retaining businesses in the community. It will also consist of the development of tools, templates, program structures, and standardized procedures for use by the department and within the organization.
