The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking the services of experienced and qualified consulting firms (the “Consultant”) within the Lower Mainland/Metro Vancouver area to provide miscellaneous land economic and financial / market analysis (the “Services”) on an “as and when requested” basis for small projects within Maple Ridge, BC. Small projects are identified as services valued under $75,000 excluding GST.

The type of work commissioned by the City includes but may not be limited to: testing the development viability of lands under different possible plans and policies; documenting market conditions which impact the achievement of planning and development objectives; assessing the financial impact on real estate development of municipal fees and charges; determining the highest and best uses of sites; calculating the residual value of lands for density bonusing and possible incentive programs; etc.
