Through this Request for Qualifications, the City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) wishes to identify janitorial firms experienced and qualified in providing commercial janitorial services at various facilities throughout the City of Maple Ridge, BC. The City’s intent is to create a shortlist of four or five firms and subsequently invite them to submit firm-priced proposals. The term of the resulting contract shall be from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2027 with the option to renew for two one-year periods to a maximum contract term of five years. |
