The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide home energy resiliency retrofit navigation services as specified herein within Maple Ridge, BC.
 

The assignment is envisaged as a 2-year pilot program to support up to 100 single detached dwelling owners through the entire energy retrofit process. Services include communication and engagement, assessment of opportunities, to implementation of retrofit project and accessing financial incentives, to tracking and reporting outcomes. Single-family detached homes will be the primary target for this service.
 

This program will only be available to City of Maple Ridge residents with a particular focus on neighbourhoods with vulnerabilities and high exposure to extreme heat resulting in “overheating” and other related climate and health impacts.

The project encompasses the following deliverables:

- Outreach and Communications (Program Promotion)

- Home Resiliency Energy Retrofit Coaching

- Program Reporting and Evaluation
