The City of Maple Ridge (the "City') invites Tenders for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for a new neighbourhood park construction at 11270 Pazarena Place, Maple Ridge, BC. The work generally consists of the construction of a bump track, play areas, water play and sand area, paths, plaza with picnic shelter, and landscaping. This includes all site preparation, grading, removals, excavation, stockpiling, importing, and filling materials, paving, site drainage system, site servicing works, and, soft landscaping and related works.
