The City of Maple Ridge (the “City) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide design and consulting service for utility replacements and roadway improvements on Gee Street and 230 Street in Maple Ridge, BC as specified herein.

The work generally consists of:

• Design the drainage main replacement on Gee Street, from 123 Avenue to Eagle Avenue and on 230 Street from 123 Avenue to 122 Avenue
• Design the sanitary sewer replacement on Gee Street, from 123 Avenue to Eagle Avenue and on 123 Avenue, from Greenwell Street to Gee Street
• Design the water main replacement on Gee Street, from 123 Avenue to Storey Avenue, and on 123 Avenue from Greenwell Street to Gee Street.
• Design the roadworks, including asphalt and concrete curbs & gutters, on Gee Street from 123 Avenue to Storey Avenue, and on 123 Avenue from Greenwell Street to Gee Street.

The City of Maple Ridge has engaged Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd. to manage this project on behalf of the City.
