From time to time the City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requires that a municipal property be bought or sold to meet the City’s operational needs. To ensure a timely and effective response to such requests, and to optimize the financial impact of its real estate transactions, the City seeks to have qualified realtors available to provide assistance.

Through this Request for Qualifications, the City invites responses from experienced realtors interested in providing real estate services relating to the marketing and sale of municipal properties and the purchase of properties on the City’s behalf. The City’s aim is to create a shortlist of a small group of experienced residential realtors and a similar group of commercial/industrial realtors it can call on to assist as required. The
intent is to use these lists for the next 3 to 5 years.
