The work generally consists of the construction of a sports court, bump track, play area including all site preparation, grading, removals, excavation, stockpiling, importing, and filling materials, supplying and installation of permeable aggregate base, granular trail surfacing, safety surfacing, site drainage system, site servicing works, prefabricated washroom buildings, pavilion structure, water fountain, play equipment, site furnishings, asphalt and concrete work including sport court, pathways, plaza, areas, soft landscaping and related works.
