City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) invites bids from qualified roofing Contractors for the replacement of existing roof assemblies at The Act Arts Centre, located at 11944 Haney Place, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 0G9. The work (the “Work”) generally consists of the removal, disposal and replacement of a 2-ply SBS system, low slope roof assembly. The Work is to be performed in full compliance with the Invitation to Tender, as outlined in the project specific drawings and specifications provided in the attached Appendices. |
