The City of Maple Ridge is seeking the services of a Commercial Property Management firm to manage the City of Maple Ridge’s Maple Ridge Business Centre (“MRBC”) located at 22470 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 5Z6. Through this Request for Qualifications the City wishes to identify firms qualified to manage the building operations, act as the City’s agent and advise and assist the City in all aspects of Property Management services on its behalf with respect to the MRBC. The City’s intent is to create a shortlist of four or five firms and subsequently invite them to submit firm-priced proposals.
