The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking to prequalify general contractors experienced with the construction of a new post-disaster protective services building (Fire Hall No. 3) located at 20596 Dewdney Trunk Road, in Maple Ridge, BC.


Through this Request for Qualifications, the City wishes to identify general contractors experienced and qualified in constructing fire halls, police detachments, detention centres, and courthouses and subsequently invite only those Contractors to submit firm priced tenders for the work.
