The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking the services of experienced and qualified firms to provide housing designs for the City’s intended Housing and Design Library (the “Library”).
The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to invite and select qualified Respondents (the “Designer(s)”) to be subsequently invited to submit housing designs for the Library, creating a catalogue of pre-reviewed, small-scale home designs that homeowners/builders can browse and purchase detailed design packages directly from the Designer, connecting developers to designers and potentially reducing the time and costs associated with the new home design, permitting, and construction process.
