The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking to prequalify Contractors to perform demolition services of buildings or structures owned by the City in Maple Ridge, BC.
Through this Request for Qualifications, the City wishes to identify firms experienced and qualified to provide partial or complete demolition services and legal disposal (when requested) of buildings, structures, foundations and underground utilities. The City’s intent is to create a shortlist of qualified contractors and subsequently invite only those respondents to submit firm priced bids for any subsequent work. Work will range in size and complexity and may consist of residential, commercial and or institutional buildings.
