The City of Maple Ridge (the City) is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to repair runners and gushers in the sanitary sewer system throughout the City of Maple Ridge, BC. Through this Request for Qualifications, the City wishes to shortlist up to four firms to provide trenchless repairs of the sanitary sewers as described herein and subsequently invite them to submit firm-priced proposals. Any resulting contract is not exclusive, meaning the successful Contractor(s) do not have the exclusive right to provide these services to the City. The City reserves the right to award to multiple Contractors, establish a priority call-out list, assign portions of its requirements to other qualified firms either through a competition or select process, or conduct the work in-house. There is no guarantee of any work. |
