The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking the services of experienced and qualified Engineering firms (the “Consultant”) within the Lower Mainland/Metro Vancouver area to provide miscellaneous Professional Engineering Services (the “Services”) on an “as and when requested” basis for small capital or urgent projects within Maple Ridge, BC. Small projects are identified as Professional Engineering services valued under $75,000 excluding GST.


Through this Request for Qualifications we wish to shortlist up to five firms for each discipline experienced and qualified with preparing preliminary design, final design and stamped drawing Engineering services, construction administration and inspection services in the areas of:
a) Civil (Roads, Sewer and Water)
b) Drainage & Grading
c) Pump Stations
d) Structural
e) Building Envelope
f) Electrical
g) Mechanical
h) Geotechnical
i) Municipal Land Development
j) Traffic Design
k) Sanitary Sewer, Drinking Water and Drainage System Modelling
