City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) invites bids from experienced firms for the replacement of the spray park at Maple Ridge Park located at 13180 232 St. Maple Ridge, BC. 

The work (the “Work”) generally consists of the removal and offsite disposal of the existing spray equipment, deck and associated materials, all site preparation for construction, preparation of subbase and grading, replacement of waterline and installation of spray park mechanical components,  construction of a bioswale and drainage connecting to the adjacent stream including plantings, path reconfiguration and paving, tree removals, protection of retained trees surrounding the site and the access route, and tree planting as per specifications. Reinstatement of all access routes including the establishment of any disturbed grass, or other damages caused by construction activities is also required. This project will also include the purchasing of and supply and delivery of all labour, material, equipment and expertise for the construction and commissioning of the new spray park equipment complete with concrete deck, spray equipment, shade shelter and supporting site features.
